Ivie Racing manufactures and distributes the Freestand the only automatic locking strapless motorcycle transport stand. We are a family owned business and my brothers Tony, Mike and I started riding over 30 years ago. We started Ivie Racing from an idea I had with the commitment to make the best strapless transport stand in the industry. My name is Mark Ivie and I came up with the idea for the Freestand out of the neccessity of making it easier for me (dad) to load and unload our bikes. Since my boys always seemed to disappear when it came time to load and unload the bikes, I was left with that task. It began as an easier way to load and unload our bikes without using straps but along the way I discovered I could put more bikes in the same space and didn't have to weave straps through tires or over fenders, etc to secure the bikes. I also am able to load all six bikes that we take with us to a race in about the same amount of time it takes to load one using straps. It only takes one person to load and unload the bike as well.
For those of you that haul several bikes using straps,
you are always having to find ways to weave the straps
through and around the bike to keep from marring the
finish while making sure they stay tight. Then you
end up stopping every few hours just to check
to see if the straps are still tight or even worse,
haven't broken.
Over the last two years, Tony and I have
refined the design to make it as universal as
possible. The Freestand is adjustable to fit
most sizes of motorcycles, from dirt bikes
down to a 65cc and most road bikes.
If you are looking for an easier way to
transport your bike you will not find a better
